  • Photoshop to Spine Script issue

Hello people!

I'm having this problem where the PhotoshoptoSpine script is no longer working, it doesn't matter which psb or psd I try to export, I always receive this error:

It translates as "It was not possible to save a copy as "Capa 1.png" because the file couldn't be found" (it referrs the last (bottom) layer of the file).

After that, I receive this message:

Any clue what could be happening? I'm using the latest version of photoshop creative cloud (v.25.0)

Thank you all in advance!

Edit:
I instaled a previous version of photoshop (v.24) and now it works fine, anyhow, I think i needs some kind of fix and investigation related to this issue. If I can provide more information just let me know.

We've not seen this error before. Can you please post or email the problematic PSD file?

It happens with every single PSD I've tried, even with those previously correctly exported PSD's.

However, here you go, one of them, let me know if it is something related to the file.

Thank you!

Ah, that's even more strange. If it's happening to all PSDs, I guess it's something to do with Photoshop itself, or possibly the drive or filesystem permissions it is writing the PNGs to. I'm not sure what we can do to fix that.

The layer name has a space in it, though that shouldn't be a problem.

Nate I've exported many layers with spaces on it, furthermore, the problem happens with names without spaces.

I will keep trying to export some other files in some other directories (the same directory gives no error with v.24) and come back here to report the situation.

Thank you for your interest, @Nate
