Feature Request: Export movie, loop quantity
Hi,
Just been exporting some short movies to show progress to colleague, what would be a nice to have feature is when exporting a movie, have a quantity for amount of times to loop animation.
Thus i can make a loopable tiny animation a bit longer.
Why don't you just copy the animation frames and paste them several times at the end of the animation?
Works like a charm
Yeah already thought of that, but the feature request would be a great time saver as no need to copy frames x times then export then undo changes. Then say you want to tweak anim you have to repeat process of copying frames etc...
Come to think of it, this would be useful. The reason I resort to gifs for showing people animations is because it loops seamlessly.

As a side note to this... not sure if it's been mentioned, but it seems like the gif and movie export functions export every last frame, including the last. So a looping gif animation will display the first/last frame twice. Am i imagining this? Assuming i'm not, it would be nice if there was "skip last frame" checkbox. Or is there some other way to avoid this problem?
I only use the movie/gif export to show others animations (not for actual game assets), but don't want to have to explain the looping hiccups all the time!
Thanks!
I've fixed GIF export to not output the last frame if the GIF repeats. I also added GIF quality, higher quality means better colors but exports more slowly. Previously quality was always max. Cheers!
awesome, thanks! (sorry for being so slow to see you had replied!)
