Is there any possible way to rename all the attachment names with sequential numbers at the same time in Spine? ( a1 - a2 - a3...). I've tried to rename them by selecting all and use F2, but instead of different numbers I get the same number and name on all the attachments.

Spine appends numbers to make the names unique when required for the skeleton's uniqueness rules. If you move all your attachments under the same slot, then rename them (select them all, F2), Spine will give them each a unique numeric suffix.

That solved my problem thank you! 🙂

nice to know it. always something to learn from you Nate.

since I am here.. what if I have a sequence that is in the root image folder so the names would be

1, 2, 3...

when I convert it to sequence attachment what should I do with the name? I assume I should rename that attachment to empty string. but that is not allowed. so how to be?

@warmanw, I'm afraid you need a name in front of the numbers to be able to use the images for a sequence attachment.

okok thanks for confirming it.
