Since it has been a beta update, we are testing 4.1 to understand the added features and contents. So I post a lot. Please understand.
In 4.1, spine files cannot be opened by drag and drop from external folders.
In version 3, you can open the spine file immediately by dragging and dropping the spine file from the external folder.
