I'm having some serious issues with YouTube right now (on my phone). So I can't watch the video. But I'll give you some different critique instead. The character looks really great, but I think she would benefit a lot from a different hairstyle. Maybe a cool wild ponytail.
It would really help with the silhouette of her.

I draw different hairstyles (in the sketch, only one survived). I wanted her eyes looking from the shadows... or wear a hood or come up with something with hair. For the animation looks spectacular flowing hair, for this stopped on this variant
