Binary data export which support ik

Since the spine parse json efficiency is very low, using binary mode can increase the number of times of efficiency, but the latest version does not support binary data export which support ik json format.

When the Spine can add this function that support ik binary data export?

Can't tell you exactly when the Binary runtimes will be created. We still need to update the JSON runtimes to support IK. This update will commence next week. Once the JSON runtimes are locked down Binary will be next.
