Sa777 Sorry, Spinebot's response was wrong and has been removed. The latest version (4.2.36) still allows Chinese input on Windows, but not on macOS. I think this has been the case for a long time, at least as far back as I can remember.
Instead of typing directly, you can copy and paste Chinese text.
