need help for cli

I'm trying to covert a data.json file into a .spine file using the command line,
but it just opens the editor instead. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

"C:\Program Files\Spine\Spine.com" "-u" "3.6.xx" "-i" "D:\path\data.json" "-o" "D:\path\output.spine" "-s" "1" "--import" "name"

It's likely that the 3.6.xx version of Spine that you're using doesn't function properly with the commands that you're passing it, and 3.6 is a very old version of Spine. Have you tried it with a more recent version of Spine?
