Thank you for your report. However, I just tested it and it seems to be working correctly. If you enter the email address on your Spine license in the License Recovery page and submit, you should receive an email with the subject line "Spine license recovery".
If you are unable to receive it, please email us directly and we will get back to you with your license information: contact@esotericsoftware.com
Please be sure to send us an email from the email address on your Spine license.
