I'm with Spine 3.8.68 on Win10.
I have the same behavior on same Spine version on a MAC Sierra 10.13
I just saw Ruler and guides on the roadmap as done, and I saw the guide screen Nathan posted. But I wonder if there's something to activate, because no drag on the rules create any guides for me.
Tested with left clic and drag, right clic and drag, middle clic and drag. Nothing. Why? 😢
