Ferma I think all of these animations are great! The only thing that stood out to me was the second animation, with the girl in the duck costume. Her upper body moves quite a lot, but there is relatively little movement in her knees. Since her upper body is moving this much, I think a bit more movement in the legs would help convey that they are being pulled along by the motion and make the overall movement feel more balanced.
If I were to suggest one addition, this is something commonly seen in Spine demo reels, but I think including some footage captured directly in the Spine Editor showing how the meshes and bones are set up would make it clearer how much effort you put into keeping the character’s layer setup simple. Being able to create a character that moves well with a simple layer setup is a very valuable skill. A skeleton may look like it moves very well at first glance, but if it actually contains a lot of unnecessary vertices or relies heavily on deform keys, making it inefficient in terms of performance, that would indicate a lack of some of the skills expected from an animator working on games. So I think including a scene that clearly shows the rig would be a good way to demonstrate your skills.
As for whether you should include VFX, I think that depends on whether you actually want to do VFX work. If you mainly want to take on character animation work like what you are showing now, I do not think you need to force yourself to add more types of animation.
